David Seadon, Personal Real Estate Corp

“We put people first” is the mantra that David Seadon runs his boutique real estate practise on.  With over 25 years of industry leading experience, Dave is a multiple year member of the Medallion Club of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (top 10% in sales of all realtors) selling all types of residential real estate .  Character and competence are his top priorities when leading buyers and sellers through the home buying process.

When Dave is not immersed in real estate he enjoys spending his time with his wife raising their two young children and, recreationally, Dave enjoys skiing at Whistler, riding his dirt bike through the trails of Paul Lake, mountain and road biking and just being outside.

Jason Gach

Jason has been business partners with Dave for over 15 years and knows and understands the details that go into a great real estate experience.  Though not always as visible as Dave, Jason is a crucial component to the success of each of our clients.

Jason is a devoted family man with two teenagers and attempts to balance out real estate’s hectic life with relaxation on Galiano Island and being a Crossfit trainer.
